Adult Classes:
All students attending Adult dance classes must be at least 18 or older.
Teen Classes:
All students attending Teen dance classes must be ages 13 to 19

Registration:
Early registration will help ensure a spot in a class. You may pre-register by sending the registration form with a check to Rockin' Horse Dance Barn.

In Person: during our dance classes 6:30-9:30pm (Monday - Thursday)
or weekend dances 8-Midnight (Friday or Saturday)

Early Registration:
Early registration must reach us with payment and regisration form at least one week prior to first day/night of series.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel we issue credit towards future classes and do not give refunds. You will receive 100% credit if you cancel prior to the first day of classes. Credits expire one year from date of issue.
Partial cancellations or partial credit of classes may be pro-rated and must be discussed with management before the next class.

Convenient Tuition Payment Option Saves You Money

Dear Student,

Our goal at The Rockin’ Horse Dance Barn is to provide the highest quality of dance instruction. We collect our registration fees at the beginning of each new dance series or on a monthly Auto-Pay option. 

As you know, time is money. The Auto-Pay method saves us bookkeeping time and streamlines registration. We offer the best discount for those students who opt for our monthly Auto-Pay option. We hope you consider choosing this method.

Benefits of Auto-Pay:

• You don’t need to fill out a registration every 6 weeks (unless you want to change into a new class).
• You don’t need to bring money with you
• You don’t have to worry about paying on time or early to save money
• You can budget a fixed monthly amount for your dancing/exercise
• And of course you save money every month!

  

2009 Registration Fees

1Auto-Pay payments are deducted on the FIRST of each month. 2Early registration for the $5.00 discount is considered one week (7 days) before the first class of a 6-week series.

Note to Students in Auto-Pay

In the case of a Holiday hitting during a series, and it shortens the series, you will receive a Gift Certificate equal to the value of the class missed. Missed classes are not transferrable or refundable.

Due to the initial expense of setup we require students stay on AutoPay for a minimum of three months.

If a student cancels and rejoins AutoPay in the same month there will be a $5.00 registration fee.

Note to Students Registering for a 6-week Series

In the case of a Holiday hitting during a 6-week series the series will be shortened to five weeks and the registration prices for 2009 will be as follows: Mornings $45.00 Evenings $59.00

(²if you register one week (7 days) early deduct $5.00)

• Our colorful 2009 Class Calendar for class dates and holidays (A great refrigerator flyer)
• Fill out the Funds Transfer Form and return with a voided check (unless already enrolled)
• Make a check out for your first month’s fee (Auto-Pay will begin the second month)
